CHAPTER I
DEFINITIONS

Purchaser - shall mean a natural person, a sole trader, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality that:

Order -understands by this offer addressed to the Seller by the Purchaser in electronic form in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, regarding the purchase of the Goods on the terms and in the form indicated in these Rules;
Personal data - personal data within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data;
Working days - the days from Monday to Friday excluding Saturdays and public holidays;
Operating hours - an hour from 7:00 to 15:00 in working days;
The costs of delivery of Goods - shall mean the costs incurred by the Seller necessary for the delivery of the Goods the Purchaser under the Order.
Account - an account opened for ordering the Service as a result of the registration process;

Regulations - these regulations specifying the conditions for use of the Service;
CHAPTER II
GENERAL PROVISIONS
I. About Store

III. Order

IV. Agreement

The Employer agrees to pay the prices indicated by the Seller with the costs of providing the Goods and Goods acceptance.

V. Availability of Goods

VI. Prices

VII. Payment methods
The Employer has to choose from the following forms of payment:
Transfer in advance to the bank account or prompt payment online (przelewy24)
Cash on delivery.

CHAPTER III
SUPPLY
I. Forms, costs and timeliness of delivery

With the delivery of the Goods Purchaser is obliged to examine the Goods covered by the Order and check if the product has damage resulting from transport or packaging of the Goods is intact and if the shipment is consistent with the Order, and in the case of selecting the method of payment - Paid cash - only after settlement of claims representative courier . The statement by courier damage to the shipment, incomplete or non-delivery of the Order and to draw up a complaint protocol is the only basis for the complaint referred to in Chapter IV. CHAPTER IV
COMPLAINTS OF PRODUCT

Seller will not accept returns for downloading.
CHAPTER V
PERSONAL DATA

Signing up for Shop Purchaser agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of registration in the store, in order to carry out orders, as well as the conclusion and execution of contracts for the sale in the store.

CHAPTER VI

LIABILITY OF SELLER
Seller shall not be liable in particular for damages resulting from:

inability to access the Service resulting from reasons independent of the Seller;
force majeure;
failure reasons on the Access providers, Internet service providers, hardware or software failure Employer;
improper use of the Service by the Employer;

For any consequences resulting from improper or inconsistent with the Rules of the Order made by the Purchaser, erroneous data included in the registration form, the total responsibility of the Purchaser.

CHAPTER VIII
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES THE RULES
Regulations are always available at the store.
Placing Orders constitutes acceptance of the Regulations in force on the date of the Order.

IX
FINAL PROVISIONS
The sales agreement is in Polish.

Forbidden is the provision by the Purchaser of any illegal content.
Regulations come into force on 02.10.2015 r.
We reserve the right to:
withdraw individual products from the store,
Price changes and the amount of goods in store,
the introduction of new goods to the store,
managing change and cancel promotions on our website.
